This quest can be obtained in Felbane Camp in west Highmountain. Make your way north along Rockaway Coast and into the Blind Marshlands. Proceed into Feltotem; the enemies here will always be 110, regardless of your character's level. You will find the Lair of the Devout in Feltotem in the eastern side of the town along the mountain range. Kulgaroth is in this cave, as well as the friendly characters Tehd and Marius. Completion of this quest will give you Highmountain progress for the achievement Tehd & Marius' Excellent Adventure under Legion Quests.
