Draw out a text box with the Type Tool.
Have either...
- the text box selected or
- an active cursor within the text box.
From the Type menu choose Fill With Placeholder Text.
This command can be run on a text box that already contains text. This can useful when a text box is enlarged leaving it only partially filled with text.
