CAKE RASMALAI | Father's Day special

For the rasmalai milk-
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp elaichi powder
1 tsp saffron
1/3 cup condensed milk
For the cake-
50 g butter
100 g condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp dahi
100 g maida
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp milk
Bake in a flat baking tray for 15 minutes or till done.
