THANDAI CAKE | Holi special

Makes a 6 inch cake-
THANDAI CAKE-
For the cake-
3/4 cup maida
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup yoghurt
For the soaking syrup-
3 tbsp Thandai
1 1/2 cups Milk
1/3 cup condensed milk
2 tsp Elaichi powder
2 tbsp Rose water
2 tsp Kesar soaked In 3 tbsp milk
Bake in a pre heated oven at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes or till a knfe inserted comes out clean!
