Near the southern entrance to Moon Guard Stronghold, head west across a small body of water to find Ley Station Aethenar. Once inside, accept the quest from the Leyline Feed in the center of the tunnel. You will need to kill Volatile Leywraiths to get the 6 Leyline Feed Fragments, in addition to bringing 200 Ancient Mana to the Leyline Feed to activate the Leyline Feed to Shal'Aran.
