Push yourself to the limit in this full-body workout challenge! With 2 HIIT circuits and 2 strength circuits, the real test is making it through 3 rounds as the rest time decreases—and by round 3, there’s no rest at all. Can you keep up? 💪

I used a set of 5kg/11 lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.

Complete 3 rounds of each circuit as follows:

30 secs work/20 secs rest
30 secs work/10 secs rest
30 secs work/no rest
*30 secs rest between circuits

4️⃣Half Burpee
