This large, elite Infernal boss can be found near a pool of fel lava in Faronaar of western Azsuna. It has two abilities: (1) Fel Fissure, which creates a circle that will last for at least 30 seconds and deal damage if you stand in it, and (2) shower meteors down indicated by green swirls on the ground. It deals a fair amount of damage, so you may want some back up when bringing down this enemy.
