Differences:
SQUAT ➡️ both feet stationary alongside each other
SPLIT SQUAT ➡️ both feet stationary but with a staggered stance
LUNGE ➡️ one foot is moving as the other stays stationary
But what are the BENEFITS of each??
SQUAT ➡️ more stable and therefore great for building strength!
SPLIT SQUAT ➡️ a unilateral exercise so great for building single leg strength
LUNGE ➡️ least stable so recruits more muscles than the previous two in order to maintain control!
