In this video I look at how we can reframe the idea that food is helping us to cope. You may believe that you eat in order to cope with your feelings, but I explain why you may believe this is working when maybe it isn't.

I share why I don't believe thinking about food as a coping mechanism is helpful, nor is the search for other coping mechanisms.
