CentOS is an open source distribution of Linux, and is quite powerful, versatile, and popular. However, it can be a little daunting to work with, especially if you aren't used to working from the command line. So, if you've decided to give CentOS a try, one of the first things you're going to want to do after the installation process, is to update it. But how do you accomplish this when you are presented with a simple command prompt?
