Taiwan is seeing a steep rise in daily confirmed COVID-19 cases as the virus surges across the island. Taiwan was hailed as a shining example of how to handle the pandemic last year, after going 253 straight days with zero reported infections. CBS News Asia correspondent Ramy Inocencio joined “CBSN AM” with the latest.
