Heute Morgen haben wir als Familie ein spanisches Frühstück (Tapas) zubereitet 😋 Beim Tapas unverzichtbar ist natürlich Kartoffelomelett (Tortilla de Patatas), eine volle Käseplatte, gebratene salzige Padron-Paprika als eines meiner Favoriten, sowie gebratenen Charlie- und Kapia-Paprika nach unserem üblichen Stil 🌶️ Dazu noch zahlreiche Snacks, Nüsse, Chips, Avocados, Datteln, frisches Obst, eingelegte Paprikaschoten, Trockenfrüchte und mehr. Auch wenn wir alles selbst zubereitet haben, ist es ein Menü, wo man sich wie in Spanien fühlt 🍳
This morning we prepared a Spanish breakfast (tapas) as a family 😋 Essential for tapas is of course potato omelette (tortilla de patatas), a full cheese platter, roasted salty padron peppers as one of my favorites, as well as roasted charlie and capia peppers in our usual style 🌶️ Plus plenty of snacks, nuts, chips, avocados, dates, fresh fruit, pickled peppers, dried fruit and more. Even though we prepared everything ourselves, it's a menu that makes you feel like you're in Spain 🍳
Bugün ailece pazar sabahı İspanyol tarzında kahvaltı (Tapas) hazırladık 😋 Tapasda mutlaka olması gerekenlerden biri olan patatesli omlet (Tortilla de Patatas), muhteşem bir peynir tabağı, yine bir olmazsa olmazı tuzlu padron biber kızartması, bir de kendi tarzımızda çarli ve kapya biber kızartması 🌶️, ve sayamayacağım çerezi, cipsi, avokadosu, hurması, taze meyveleri , turşu biber dolmaları, kuru meyveleri ile kendimiz hazırlamamıza rağmen bizi İspanya’daymışız gibi hissettiren bir sofra oldu 🍳
