[Werbung] Heute haben wir mit @Gazi zum Iftar für Ramadan ein leckeres sonniges Gericht mit hausgemachtem knusprigem Yufka-Brot, Hackfleisch, Tomatensauce, Gazi-Joghurt und gebräunter Gazi-Butter zubereitet 😋 Ob ich es am Ende Kebab oder Mantı nenne, ist es definitiv eine großartige Mahlzeit, bei der man in den Genuss beider Geschmacksrichtungen kommt ☀️
Dazu haben wir ein leckeres Lor Dessert mit Gazi Lor-Käse und Butter gemacht und wieder mit Gazi-Joghurt und Butter für den Beginn des Iftar eine leckere Joghurtsuppe zubereitet 🍮🔥
Mögen unsere Tische immer so gedeckt sein wie bei einem Ramadan-Menü 😊
Today we made a delicious sunny dish with @Gazi for iftar for Ramadan with homemade crusty yufka bread, minced meat, tomato sauce, gazi yogurt and browned Gazi butter 😋 Whether I end up calling it kebab or mantı, it's definitely a great meal where you get to enjoy both flavors ☀️
We also made a delicious Lor dessert with Gazi Lor cheese and butter and again with Gazi yogurt and butter we made a delicious yogurt soup for the start of iftar 🍮🔥

Hepimize hayırlı ramazanlar. Bugün iftara @Gazi ile Güneş gibi ev yapımı çıtır yufkalı, kıymalı, domates soslu, Gazi yoğurtlu ve mis gibi kızarmış Gazi tereyağı ile bir yemek yaptık 😋 Kebab mı desem mantı mı desem her iki tadı da alabileceğiniz harika bir yemek oldu ☀️
Yanına Gazi Lor Peyniri ve tereyağı ile muhteşem bir Lor Tatlısı yaptık 🍮 Sonra yine Gazi yoğurt ve tereyağı ile iftara başlangıç yoğurt çorbası hazırladık 🔥
