Heute haben wir mit dem Joghurt, den wir zu Hause hergestellt haben, Çökelek gemacht. Mit dem Çökelek haben wir das beste Gericht zubereitet, das man damit machen kann: Biberli Ekmek (Paprika Brot), das im Steinofen gebacken wurde und dem Original sehr nahekommt 😋 Es enthält Sesam, Schwarzkümmel, Walnüsse und vor allem den hierfür unverzichtbaren Koriander, dazu reichlich natives Olivenöl Es ist ein Genuss, von dem man nicht genug bekommen kann 😍
Today, we made çökelek using the yogurt we prepared at home. With the çökelek, we created the best dish you can make with it: Biberli Ekmek (Pepper Bread), baked in a stone oven and very close to the original 😋 It contains sesame seeds, black cumin, walnuts, and most importantly, the essential coriander, along with plenty of extra virgin olive oil. It turned out to be a flavor you just can't get enough of 😍
Bugün evde mayaladığımız yoğurt ile çökelek yaptık. Çökelek ile yapılan en güzel şeyi, orijinaline en yakın, taş fırında biberli ekmek yaptık 😋 İçinde küncüsü, çörek otu, cevizi, en önemlisi olmaz ise olmazı kişniş baharatı ve bolca sızma zeytin yağı ile tadına doyamayacağınız bir lezzet oldu 😍
