The motivation behind the My sCool Server
My sCool Server, an open source product, presents the next generation in computing and learning convenience for schools and students alike. It is thus far the best and fastest method to start teaching Linux at schools at a very low cost. It is generic enough to assist in teacher any computer science curriculum with an emphasis on concepts.
It's roots lie in award winning open source technologies such as KIWI-LTSP and openSUSE to achieve this. These are the same technologies that have already empowered numerous schools and millions of students around the globe but have now been put together in a never before avatar.
