We have posted these moves several times over the years and people don't really take them seriously. Probably because they don't look cool enough. People (including us) post "cool-looking" exercises all the time and people flock to them, thinking they are better than other exercises.
The truth is that the really boring-looking exercises are probably just as impactful, if not more, than the cool-looking exercises.
So, go tackle 2 to 3 sets of 1-2 minutes of each exercise. Do them slowly and do them in a small range of motion.
