Yeast dough:
300 gr white flour
10 gr. pressed yeast or 3 gr. dry fast yeast
150 ml. milk
1 egg
40 gr butter
50 gr sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 gr. vanilla sugar
Filling:
200 gr. blueberries
2 tbsp sugar
0.75 tbsp starch
+ 1 egg and 0.5 tbsp. milk to grease buns
Buns need to be baked at 374 F - 20 ... 25 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven.
