Scale the size of an image in a Layer in Gimp
This video is NOT about increasing the overall size of an image in GIMP. Instead it is about increasing the size of an image contained within an actual "Layer" of Gimp it's self.
As you can see from the video I was having trouble increasing the image contained within a "layer". But in the end I finally worked out how one does increase the scale / size of an image contained within a layer.
