Crop Tool: GIMP a Basic Tool
I give you a working example of how you can crop a image via the GIMP editing software.
As you can see in the video you can have a Fixed Aspect Ratio crop or an Unfixed Aspect Ratio Crop. Note Fixed Aspect Ratio Crops are used when you are printing images such as Posters, Prints etc....
And Unfixed Aspect Ratio crops are often used for on line work such as banners on websites etc...
