1 tablespoon of granulated sugar

Preparation of
First of all, for the cream, let's take 4 cups of milk, 1 cup of granulated sugar and 5 tablespoons of flour in a pot. Let's mix it well before turning on the stove.
Let's add 1 egg yolk, mix it again and then put it on the stove. Let it cook, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.
When it starts to boil, add 1 pack of vanilla, stir a few times and then remove it from the stove. Let's transfer our cream to a separate bowl to cool down, if possible, and let it cool, stirring occasionally.
