The meals that you eat before and after your training have the power to drastically impact your body composition. 🥦🐓
Pre-Workout Meal - This meal has the power to push your workouts to another level of intensity. With proper fueling, you will be able to lift heavier, harder, and longer. If you don't fuel well you may leave lots of muscle-gaining stimulus on the table.
Post-Workout Meal - Proper post-workout nutrition can set you up for a much better day ahead with your food choice. I have found that if you skimp or skip on your post-workout meal you can find yourself more hungry and craving food later in the day that will send your calories over the ideal threshold for the body composition you want.
Get a balance of protein, carbs, and fat at each meal. Make sure you hit that palm-sized protein at each meal and add some quality carbs and you should be set to go. 🥩
