In Felsurge Nest, western Azsuna, kill Broodmothers or find spider eggs on the ground to obtain the 10 Felsurge Spider Eggs for this quest. Note that if you have party members, each member will have to individually pick up eggs, so killing broodmothers is more time efficient. Once you have your eggs, make your way further west into the Felbeast Dens to find Manastalkers and kill them to get around 10 tendrils per kill.
