For 3 jars (500 ml.) I needed:
125 ml. vegetable oil
2-3 onions
a pinch of salt
0.5 tsp Sahara
2 small carrots
1 sweet pepper
2 cloves garlic
150-200 grams of tomato paste, depending on the saturation
1.2 kg zucchini
4-5 pcs allspice
ground black pepper to taste
some water for stewing!
For rolling, add 2 tbsp. 9% vinegar.
