We will need:
meat
tomatoes (0.5 kg)
onion
garlic salt (or 1 clove of garlic)
0.5 tsp. Sahara
salt to taste
1 tsp. sweet paprika
a few peas of allspice
ground black pepper
to remove the skin from a tomato, pour boiling water over it and leave in this water for a while. When the water has cooled down, you can easily remove the tomato skin!
meat is stewed in tomatoes for 40 minutes
