Today is the recipe for a quick pie in a frying pan. I love it for the tenderness of the dough, ease of preparation: you don’t need a mixer, oven or a lot of time. Housewives bake with pleasure - it’s delicious😋👍
Pan diameter 26 cm
2 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar - the cake is not sweet, you can add more if desired or sprinkle powdered sugar on top
a good pinch of salt
vanilla optional and taste
120 g any sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
160 g sifted flour
10 g baking powder
400 g apricots
*can be replaced with apples, pears, plums
10 g butter for the frying pan
*my cake took 25 minutes to bake
