water - 50 milliliters;
yolks - 5 pieces;
salt - 4 grams;
vanilla sugar - 10 grams;
sugar - 120 grams;
honey - 30 grams;
cream 20% - 100 grams;
sour cream 20% - 60 grams;
flour - 500 (+/-) grams;
butter - 100 grams;
vegetable oil - 20 grams;
dried apricots - 50 grams;
raisins - 150 grams.
Leave the yeast for 20 minutes.
Leave the finished dough for growth for 2 hours.
Add raisins to the dough.
Leave for another 1.5-2 hours.
Oven at 170-180 degrees Celsius 30-35 minutes
