Originating from extra-abdominal location (less aggressive, lower risk)
Low International Neuroblastoma Risk Group (INRG) classification score: combines the stage, age, histologic category, grade, MYCN status, +/-11q aberrations, and tumor cell ploidy
Under 18 months of age on presentation
Primary tumor
No metastasis
Small tumor
Favorable tumor biology
Good surgical resectability
Less favorable tumors might require surgical resection +/- chemo, +/- radiation, +/- bone marrow transplant
