One of my viewers wanted to learn how to "dynamically" color-code a range of cells that contain dates in Excel. She sent me here Excel Workbook and it took me less than 10 seconds to recognize where she was going wrong.
I solve this problem using the new Conditional Formatting features that were introduced in Excel 2007. I use 3 rules. Each uses a formula that will evaluate to TRUE so that the Conditional Formatting can be applied.
