Anything with ASIO is an ASIO Driver. ASIO4ALL, CoreASIO are both ASIO drivers. Most of you will have ASIO4ALL instead of CoreASIO. You can use ASIO4ALL.

This video shows you how to connect an audio interface into FL Studio. It also goes into recording vocal tracks.
Install the audio interface, connect it to your computer, and turn it on. Within FL Studio, you want to keep the audio sound driver as the ASIO4ALL / COREASIO. You will select the audio interface as you inputs within the mixer. If installed properly and turned on, it will appear in the mixer input selection. You can also choose the audio interface as you mixer output routing out from you mixer bus (aka the master track).
