Is AWS really free? (Terms and conditions applied):
AWS gives one year free tier account, it means you can launch EC2 instance for free for 750 hours a month for an year. That mean if you a month has 30 days, it counts for 720 hours and in 31 days of month it's 744 hours which is lesser than the 750 hours.
But suppose if you have installed 2 EC2 instances and they are in start state then in this case AWS counts the hours/time of both instances i.e. 48 hours a day which will be 1440 hours a month. In this case you will charged extra cost from the saved payment information.
So, to avoid the charges always stop the instances after your use.
