Create first job in jenkins:
1. Go to the Jenkins using url http://localhost:8080 .
2. Go to new items. Give your project name and select the freestyle project.
3. In the source code management tab, select the git and put the url of project https://github.com/pankajchhatri/hand...
4. Build trigger is a condition to trigger the jeb, keep it as it is for this video.
5. Also leave the build environment as for now.
6. Next is build step, here you can use the batch command, shell script, gradle command or mvn command to build your project.
7. Select the shell script and use the command as shown in the project.
8. Post build action is something which gets executed post completion of job.

Now, you have become familiar with the jenkins dashboard.
