30-minute Functional Full Body Strength Training w/ Dumbbells

Strong body, strong life!!! We are training with functional exercises to increase strength in our upper body, lower body, and core. You will only need your dumbbells for this workout! There will be compound and unilateral exercises to ensure we are building both smaller stabilizer muscles and bigger muscle groups! I will provide modifications throughout for any exercises that include lunges or floor work!

The structure is as follows!
2 Circuits
6 exercises repeated twice per circuit
Work for 45 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds
Rest for 45 seconds between circuits

Equipment needed for this workout will be moderately heavy dumbbells and optional an exercise bench! I will be using a bench to modify some of the floor exercises.

Exercise List
Circuit 1 - repeat each exercise twice
- Squat
- V-sit w/ alternating shoulder press
- Single-leg balance bicep curls
- Kneeling pallof press
- Kickstand rotating Romanian deadlift with row
- Switch sides
Circuit 2
- Single-leg glute bridge with opposite-sided shoulder press
- Switch sides
- Narrow to wide push-ups
- Kneeling alternating rear delt flys with rear leg lift
- Wood Chop
- Switch
