📌Taco Tortellini:
-1 lb Ground Beef
-1 (15oz) can Tomato Sauce
-1 packet Taco Seasoning
-1 can Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained
-1 can Corn, drained
-1 can Rotel, undrained
-1/2 Cup Sour Cream
-1/2 Cup Water
-19oz bag Frozen Cheese Tortellini
-2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
***Brown and drain ground beef. Add beans, corn, rotel, taco seasoning, sour cream and water. stir. Add tortellini and simmer per the package directions. Add in 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese. stir until melted. Enjoy!

📌Cheeseburger Hashbrown Casserole:
-1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef, cooked and seasoned with burger seasoning
-8oz Sour Cream
-1 can Cream of chicken Soup
-Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder and pepper
-32 oz bag Diced Hashbrowns
-2 Cups Shredded Cheese
(topping)
-more shredded cheese
-1 cup French Fried Onions
***Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Top with burger toppings of choice. I topped ours with shredded lettuce and big mac sauce.

Cheesy Spaghetti Bake:
-1 lb Ground Beef
-1 (8oz) can Tomato Sauce
-1 packet Spaghetti Sauce Mix
-1 Cup water(divided)
-1/2 lb Spaghetti
-2 Tbsp Butter
-2 Tbsp Flour
-1 Cup Evaporated Milk
-2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided)
-1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large pan, brown ground beef and drain any grease. Stir in the Spaghetti Sauce, Spaghetti Sauce Packet and 1/2 Cup water.
Simmer for 20 min. stirring occasionally.
In a separate pot, make the spaghetti according to the package instructions, broken into thirds before boiling. Drain and set aside.
To that same pot, add butter. Once melted, whisk in flour and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Slowly stir in milk and the rest of the water. stir until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Turn the mixture down to low and slowly add in a cup of shredded cheese and the parmesan cheese. stir until the cheese is melted.
In a 9x13 Casserole dish layer in this order. 1/2 the Spaghetti, 1/2 the meat mixture and all of the cheese sauce mixture. Then, the rest of the spaghetti and the rest of the meat sauce mixture.
Top with remaining Shredded Cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
