📌John Wayne Casserole:
-1 lb lean ground beef
-1 packet Taco Seasoning
-1 small diced onion
-1 can Rotel, undrained
1 can of corn, drained
-1/4 Cup Water
BISCUIT LAYER:
-3 Cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1 cup water
TOPPING:
-8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning
2 Cups Shredded Cheese (i used cheddar and Mozzarella
***Brown ground beef and onion. Remove Grease. Add Taco Seasoning, Rotel, drained corn, and water. Mix and simmer until thickened. Meanwhile, for the biscuit layer, mix bisquick and water until it forms a wet dough. Spread that dough into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Then cover with the ground beef taco mixture. For the topping, mix together 8oz softened Cream Cheese, 2 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning, and 1/2 Cup Mayonaise. Dollop that mixture over the top of the casserole, and try to spread it out a little. Then top with 2 Cups of shredded cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Wait atleast 5-10 minutes before serving. Then Enjoy!
