Hungarian goulash soup
700 gr. pork or beef
200 gr. any lard
900 gr. potatoes
300 gr. tomato
200 gr. bell pepper
2 tbsp dried paprika
2 medium onions
2 medium carrots
4 slices of garlic
Greens to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Step 1: Lard mode in small slices and fry it, in the container in which you will cook Bograch.
Step 2: Coarsely chop the onion, carrot, and garlic
As soon as the lard has given up enough fat, we send the onion for frying and cook it until the carrots are half ready, when the onion becomes soft, we send the carrots to the onion for frying and cook the vegetables until the carrots are half ready.
As soon as the carrots become soft, we send garlic to the onions and carrots, there is no need to fry the garlic, the garlic should only give its aroma and taste to the fat, and we prepare the frying until it is fully cooked.
Step 3: While cooking the frying, cut the bell peppers and meat into small cubes. Cut the meat into pieces of about 2 by 3 centimeters.
Step 4: As soon as the frying is cooked, turn the fire to a minimum, and add 2 tablespoons of dried paprika to the frying, mix the paprika well with the frying, as soon as the paprika absorbs all the fat, prepare the frying for about another 10-20 seconds.
Step: 5 Now add bell pepper and meat to the hot pot, and add salt and black pepper to taste, and mix everything well. Do not fry the meat at once, add about 200 milliliters of water, and simmer the meat until half cooked.
Step 6: While the meat is stewing, coarsely chop the potatoes, also chop the tomatoes into small slices.
Step 7: As soon as the meat has reached the degree of cooking we need, we add the potatoes to the meat, put the tomatoes on top of the potatoes, fill all the ingredients with water, just enough water is needed so that it covers all the ingredients, and we cook our dish until it is fully cooked.
Step 8: Once Bograch is cooked, add salt to taste, add black pepper to taste and potion of your choice, and simmer it for about 2-3 minutes more.
