Ingredients needed:
1 cup of almond milk
half cup of raspberries
Cup of frozen mango
1 cup of pumpkin puree
Small bowl of ice
Instructions:
Pumpkin puree and mango are both a good source of beta carotene which helps to prevent dry eyes and lower the risk of infection beta carotene can even sharpen your eyesight at night. Add in raspberries which are high in vitamin C to protect eyes from damage and decrease the risk of developing cataracts add in a half a cup of ice and almond milk blend well and enjoy.
