Light on The Mountain - Cinematic Bmpcc 6K + Leica R 28 + CY Zeiss 180
Last weekend I went on an adventure into the wilderness and filmed some spectacular mountain ranges with my Bmpcc 6K, paired with Leica R 28 and Contax Zeiss 180 lenses. I really enjoy shooting landscapes with my Leica R 28 because of the way it renders the colours of nature, also the contrast is beautiful. And for telephoto shots and closeups I can't go past my CY Zeiss 180 as it's just an amazing lens.
I really enjoyed filming the light and shadow on the mountains shaping the landscape, the brown grass turned golden and all the detail in the rocky cliffs lit up. It's really quite a mazing to watch how light can change the look of nature completely.
I think the elements of nature can be so powerful and cinematic when captured at the right time and in the right way! It's something I've grown to love filming, as there are infinite possibilities when it comes to exploring and filming nature!
