WorkFlowy will enhance your life in many ways, here are the ways that I use WorkFlowy everyday.
Number one in the morning whenever I am studying, whenever I am reading, whenever I am learning, whenever I am doing anything in my morning routine WorkFlowy is up most of the time and I am documenting, journaling, saving things that I am studying on to a place where I can access fast from either my phone or my computer.
WorkFlowy has been my go-to documenting and logging place for all things in my morning routine.
Next up in my day is typically writing or creating some kind of content, all of these content ideas, all of these writings that I am working on, are all organized in WorkFlowy.
Ideas to write about in the future, ideas that I am writing about right now, I use it in two ways.
Number one is that I bullet outline my writing ideas, content idea with the points that I want to cover really really fast in the article in a WorkFlowy bulleted outline.
Then I take this and usually type it out in a Google doc and after I am done doing the typing writing for that day, I copy and paste my link to my Google doc in my WorkFlowy space.
Most of the time I will as well write a percentage completed. Is this article 60% done 20% done, 93% done, ready to be published?
So at a glance I can see all of these writings that are going to go on my blog, which one is closest to being ready for being published, finished one up and then publish it. Makes it super easy to manage these projects and get access to these Google Docs very quick and effective.
Another way that I use WorkFlowy is to outline courses, and to create plans for meetup groups that I run and things of that sort.
It makes it very simple to jot down 12 or 14 ideas that I want to cover over the next year in my Meetup Group, and then move them around if they one lesson that I put towards the end needs to be in the beginning I can simply drag and drop these lessons and move them into the correct order.
I also use WorkFlowy in my workday, I will outline blogs for writers in WorkFlowy, then I can simply click the share link and share it with a writer and then the writer that is writing that article can have a good outline to start from that make sure the items that I want included in the blog post are included in their final document.
You can share WorkFlowy individual bullets, you can share WorkFlowy multiple bullets, or you can share an entire WorkFlowy tree and can make it view only or can edit just like a Google doc.
Get the ideas out of your head and into a space where it is easy to organize and actualize all of the amazing ideas that are in your head.
