A delicious and tender roll that melts in your mouth paired with Oreo in cream cheese, my grandmother loves making this dish. The whole family loves this pancake cake recipe. ► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt, a pinch of vanillin
1.5 tablespoons sugar
45g cocoa
150g flour
Gradually add 300 ml milk
45g butter
Grease the pan with butter at the beginning of use
Fry on one side for about 3 minutes
up to 1 minute on the other side
5-6 Oreo cookies are enough (I used a lot)
2 tablespoons (heaped) boiled condensed milk
3-4 tablespoons cream cheese (Philadelphia cheese)
Arrange the pancakes and spread with cream
wrap tightly in a roll
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
85g dark chocolate
100 g cream (I used 36%)
heat to melt the chocolate
Place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes
