► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
400 g cottage cheese
400 g sour cream
60 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
100 g chocolate biscuits
30 g gelatin + 100 ml cold water
4-5 apricots
about 200 g strawberries
Melt the swollen gelatin
Collect dessert
Put in the fridge for several hours until it is completely frozen
40 g cocoa
60 g sugar
6 g agar-agar
400 ml milk
Cook
100 g dark chocolate
Turn off the heat and add chocolate
Pour chocolate over it and put in the fridge
