Puff pastry pockets filled with ham salami and cheese. These delicious and simple puff pastry bags should not be missing at any celebration.
Ingredients for 20 puff pastry bags
2 x puff pastry
200 grams crème fraîche - or sour cream
150 grams of salami
150 grams of cooked ham
150 g cheese - I used Gouda
1 medium onion - or spring onions
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tablespoon thyme - fresh or dried
1 egg
season with salt and pepper to your own taste
You can halve the amount of ingredients - then it's enough for 10 puff pastry pockets
