Here you will find the list of ingredients with quantities for 3 people

600 g chicken breast fillet - approx. 200 g per chicken breast
3 large cloves of garlic
3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
2 tbsp light soy sauce
To fry, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and about 3 tablespoons of butter
To season the chicken breasts, salt and black pepper to your own taste
preparation
Cut the chicken breasts from one side as shown in the video -
Season with salt and black pepper and fry on each side for about 5 minutes at a medium temperature - turning the chicken breasts often - before you add the garlic to the pan, I advise you to turn off the stove - otherwise the garlic may burn - and become black .Sprinkle with chopped chives before serving-
