Montenegro is a beautiful country in balkan regions where you don't require a visa if you are having a schengen visa/uk/us visas (and some more, which you can find out on their website).
The name literally means country of black mountains and has tall mountains just next to the beach giving it a wonderfull seascape!
We visited in summer and had a nice pleasant weather with highs of 30 only with warm sea water (around 23 degrees).
We stayed at Avala resort in Budva which is a wonderful resort with a private beach and spa. We undertook a boat ride from budva for the beautiful sea caves for only 30 Euros for an hour! We also went to the beautiful town of kotor where we dined at the riverside restaurant of star mlini.
We then went to the famous Ostrog Monastery which is carved in mountains and visited by millions of visitors throughout the year from various religions.
It's a must visit place if you love beaches as well as mountains!!
