Easy Shortbread Petit Fours - Chocolate and Vanilla - beginner baking
This week we are going to make an easy shortbread cookies recipe that not only looks impressive but also are buttery and crumbly, good on their own or with a cup of coffee.
This is 2 recipes rolled into 1 (literally), chocolate shortbread recipe and vanilla shortbread recipe that work together to make something very special.
If you like baking, want to get into baking or already bake a lot then these are great for beginners and a welcome addition to a seasoned bakers arsenal.
I will show you some simple designs and shapes that you can use but don't be afraid to try some of your own designs too. There is no wrong way to do these, just give it a go and use your imagination!
i will show you how to make a chocolate and vanilla swirl, a checkerboard cookie and some marbled cookies.
