If you can hear only from one side of your earphone while using your Samsung device then what you do is go to the "settings" option. Go to this option "Accessibility". Go to this option "Hearing Enhancement" and if you see there is an option here "Mono Audio". If you enable this option then what happens is it will switch audio from stereo to Mono for listening with one ear only. So what you need to do is you need to make sure that you have to disable this option so that you can hear from both side of the earphone.
