If the screen of your Samsung device is not turning off after few minutes of use then what you will do is, you will go to "settings" here. Go to this option "Lock screen and AOD". Go to "Always on Display". Go to this option "When to show" and here you will select "Tap to show" instead of "Always". After that close this one. Then the other thing you have to do is, you have to go to "settings" again. Go to this option "Security and Privacy". Go to this option "More security settings". Go to "Device admin apps" and here make sure that only this option "Find My Device" is enabled. Other option that you see here, make it disabled because these options might prevent the screen from turning off.
