For this cut, I’m eating two meals between breakfast and dinner. I don’t know which one you want to call lunch, as they’re identical. The main change I made from maintenance is switching out potatoes for cauliflower rice.

I was eating 360 grams of potatoes, which is roughly 291 calories. For 360 grams of cauliflower rice, it’s 84 calories, a savings of about 207 calories without sacrificing food volume, and food volume helps you feel full.

Next, I have 120 grams of carrots and four sweet peppers. Alternatively, you could cook up some frozen mixed veggies to add it to the cauliflower rice.

Finally, I have about 150 grams of chicken breast at each meal. I like hot sauce on my chicken as well as some other seasonings.

One of these plates is around 388 calories with 47 grams of protein.
