1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes or more to taste

1 cup (250 grams) ricotta or dairy-free ricotta
½ lemon the grated zest
1 cup (100 grams) parmesan cheese grated, or dairy-free cheese
