How to Use a Charcoal Chimney: Quick Guide
Once you cook with charcoal, its hard to go back to a gas grill. Here I talk about how to light your briquettes without lighter fluid. You can use newspaper alone, or spray oil on the newspaper, or even put oil on a paper towel. Additionally you can speed up the burning process by using a fan or blow dryer.
You don't need to add the firestarter lighter cubes I used in the video. Someone in the comments mentioned that two of these lighter cubes is sufficient to light briquettes without using newspaper.
