How to Grill Perfect Pork Belly Tacos at Home
I like making pork belly on the grill and I recently found some at Costco and decided to make some pork belly tacos and film it. In this video I show you how I do it. Initially after the cook, I regret that I put too much seasoning, but after chopping the meat and making tacos the seasoning added good flavors. The pico de gallo, lime, and guacamole is an amazing addition to the tacos, its not the same without it.
Pico de gallo includes: Tomato, Cilantro, Onions, Serrano Peppers, and lime. Guacamole includes: avocado, cilantro, onion, and tomato. You can make pico de gallo and just add avocado for simplicity. The tortillas are Guerrero brand corn tortillas.
For those wondering about the vegetables under the pork belly, I saved the ones that didn't burn and they were delicious, especially the carrots and onions.
